The total time on the ATV is approx. 1 hour, total time of the experience, including suiting up and preparing is about 2 hours.
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*

Included in our tour is helmets and a snow suit.
We do offer helmets, balaclavas and overalls, but please dress accordingly and remember the weather might be colder on the glacier. Please wear shoes that are suitable for outdoors activities (no sandals etc.). We recommend bringing gloves.
In order to drive an ATV you must have a valid driver's license. If you do not have one then you can share a ride with a friend that does have one.
